This is my first Sogo experience, ever. And it was so good. I was so curious about this place for years and now have the courage to try it even just for 6 hours' stay. The check-in was seamless, and the reception staff were good. The room I got was executive, and the space is good. The bed is acceptable, and the pillows are soft yet firm. The controls are also within reach on the headboard of the bed. Slippers, soap, and towels were provided. Adjustable light settings, there's a TV and menu if you're hungry. You can hear the other room but only a little. Not bad actually for my first time. The checkout was also okay. Never tried their theme room or the garage rooms, so I can't say something on that. Didn't also get the chance to order food, so I can't say something on that, too. I think I will be back to explore other room types they offer.

If you're looking for a stay with great value for money, Rooms are equipped with everything you need even toothbrushes and toothpaste. Same as tissue, towels, soaps, shampoo and even slippers. Place is also walkable nearby transportation. It's a great stay.

This is my first time checking in Sogo and I'm really happy about their rooms and services. The room was clean and big, the towels are clean and their bed was nice and comfortable. I highly recommend this to my family and friends whenever they need a hotel for checking in.

The location of the place is convenient the services and offers provided are incredible and budget friendly for me. I can also see that the rooms are well-tended and rigorously cleaned by its well-trained and polite staff. Overall, I recommend this place as they always provide quality service to their Guests and cater their needs to the best.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door the staff gave a Bow to us thank you Ms algen . Sir ricks for the assist.

We’re hesitant at first to book because this is for family bonding, but the staffs were so kind and very accommodating. We have lots of requests but they provided us the best quality service.. and they also give us better options in rooms… kudos!

The place was so nice and neat. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Plus I’ve talked to the manager and she was very kind and welcoming. Everyone was just so pleasant. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my stay here.
